JJWN Terms and Conditions

01. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JJWN — the online betting and gaming platform operated at jjwn.ws. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and JJWN ("we," "us," "the Platform"). The Terms govern all use of the JJWN website, mobile interface, games, betting markets, payment services and any other feature or service we make available.

By registering an account with JJWN, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must not use the JJWN platform.

JJWN reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

02. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the JJWN platform. JJWN takes its age verification obligations seriously. If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately pending verification and may withhold any funds until the matter is resolved. All winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account per Person

Each individual player is permitted to hold one JJWN account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address or through any other method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances and winnings in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and truthful information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other details we request. You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. JJWN may request documentation to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension.

2.4 Restricted Individuals

The following individuals are not permitted to register or hold an account with JJWN:

• Persons under 18 years of age
• Employees, contractors or associates of JJWN and its affiliated entities
• Individuals who have self-excluded from JJWN under our Responsible Gaming programme
• Persons acting on behalf of another individual as a proxy bettor

03. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JJWN account credentials, including your username and password. JJWN strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Do not share your login details with any other person. JJWN will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your JJWN account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or live chat. We will investigate and take appropriate action as quickly as possible to secure your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

JJWN may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures at any time — particularly before processing a withdrawal or if your account shows activity that triggers a compliance review. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or payment method confirmation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

04. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

JJWN accepts deposits via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions on the JJWN platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit at JJWN is Rs 200. There is no stated maximum deposit; however, large deposits may be subject to source-of-funds verification under JJWN's compliance procedures.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your JJWN wallet instantly upon confirmation of the mobile transaction. IBFT transfers and card payments may take up to 15 minutes to be credited depending on your bank's processing times.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that belong to you. Depositing funds from a payment account registered to another person is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. JJWN does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

4.5 No Deposits for Blocked Purposes

Funds deposited into your JJWN wallet may only be used for legitimate betting and gaming activity on the platform. Using JJWN as a money transfer mechanism, for money laundering purposes or for any other purpose prohibited by applicable law is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

05. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

JJWN processes withdrawal requests within 30 minutes as standard, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This is one of the platform's core commitments to Pakistani players. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically the fastest; IBFT bank transfers may take slightly longer depending on the receiving bank.

5.2 Withdrawal to Registered Payment Method

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the account, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and to ensure funds are returned to their legitimate owner.

5.3 KYC Requirement for Withdrawals

JJWN reserves the right to require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not yet completed KYC may experience a delay in withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed. JJWN will notify you clearly if your withdrawal is pending KYC and will specify exactly what documentation is required.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Real-money deposits that have been used to play through a bonus are available for withdrawal subject only to the standard KYC requirements above.

06. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

JJWN's welcome bonus is available to new players registering their first account. The current welcome offer is a 150% match on first deposit up to Rs 50,000. To qualify, the first deposit must meet the minimum deposit threshold stated on the promotion page. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household and per payment method.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses offered by JJWN are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per offer) must be played through before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms. Game contributions towards wagering requirements vary — slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at lower rates as specified.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

JJWN takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, placing opposing bets using bonus funds to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, and systematically exploiting bonus terms in a manner that is not in the spirit of the offer. JJWN reserves the right to void bonuses and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6.4 Refer a Friend Programme

JJWN's Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn rewards by introducing new players to the platform. Both the referring player and the new player may receive a bonus once the new player registers, makes a qualifying deposit and completes the required activity. Self-referrals — referring yourself through a second account — are prohibited and constitute a breach of these Terms.

6.5 General Promotion Terms

JJWN reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. JJWN's decision on the award, denial or revocation of any bonus is final. Players must opt in to promotions where an opt-in is required before the qualifying activity is completed — retroactive claims for bonuses will not be accepted.

07. Betting Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on JJWN are subject to acceptance by the platform. JJWN reserves the right to decline, restrict or void any bet at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Bets placed on markets that are clearly mispriced due to a technical error may be voided even after initial acceptance.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within each market before a bet is placed. JJWN may adjust individual account stake limits at its discretion.

7.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting at JJWN covers PSL, international matches and other tournaments. In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected fixtures. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded — due to a technical delay or any other reason — will be voided and the stake returned. Official result sources are used to settle all sports betting markets; JJWN's settlement decisions are final.

7.4 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: a market is suspended at the time the bet was placed; incorrect pricing resulting from a manifest error; the event is abandoned or not completed per the conditions specified in the market rules; or any other circumstances described in the rules applicable to the specific market.

08. Live Casino Rules

JJWN's live casino games — including Baccarat, Teen Patti and other live dealer titles — are provided by certified third-party studios including Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live. The rules of each game as presented in the live environment are binding. In the event of a technical malfunction during a live casino round, the round may be declared void and all stakes returned. JJWN is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party studio technical issues, though we will work to resolve any disputes fairly and promptly.

Decisions made by JJWN's live casino providers regarding game outcomes are considered final once confirmed by the studio system. Players who believe an error has occurred should contact JJWN support within 24 hours of the relevant round with the table name, round ID and a description of the issue.

09. Responsible Gaming

JJWN is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all aspects of the platform. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable and controlled activity. To support this, JJWN provides the following tools accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
• Session Duration Alerts — receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified length of time
• Self-Exclusion — temporarily or permanently close your account and prevent re-registration
• Reality Checks — periodic on-screen reminders of time and money spent in the current session

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JJWN platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account
• Providing false or misleading registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using JJWN for money laundering, fraud or any activity that violates applicable law
• Depositing funds from payment methods that do not belong to you
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person as a proxy player or account manager
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse or manipulation
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any part of the JJWN platform

11. Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by JJWN

JJWN reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion if we determine that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or if the account's continued operation poses a risk to the platform, other players or third parties. In cases of suspected fraud, accounts will be suspended immediately pending investigation. We will aim to notify you of a suspension unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

11.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your JJWN account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is confirmed, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be assessed. Your real-money balance at the time of account closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to KYC verification where applicable.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. JJWN will attempt to contact you using the email address or mobile number registered on your account before any dormancy action is taken. Dormant account charges, if applicable, will be disclosed in the notification sent to you before any fees are applied.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the JJWN platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, software and code — is the intellectual property of JJWN or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any JJWN content without express written permission from JJWN. Unauthorised use of JJWN's intellectual property may result in legal action.

13. Limitation of Liability

JJWN provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and accurately, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from technical errors at all times. JJWN will not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability or technical outages
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account due to failure to maintain account security
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind arising from use of the platform
• Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors or network providers

Nothing in these Terms limits JJWN's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. JJWN's aggregate liability to any individual player for claims arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the relevant claim.

14. Amendments to These Terms

JJWN reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the contact details held on their accounts and will update the "Last Updated" date on this page. Changes take effect on the date of publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the JJWN platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
