You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on JJWN. We verify age during registration and during KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. If we find that a player is under 18, their account is closed immediately and any balance is forfeited. Email address changes can be made directly from your account settings after confirming your current mobile number.

To close your account permanently, contact JJWN support via live chat or at support@jjwn.ws. Our team will process your closure request, return any remaining PKR balance to your registered payment method and ensure your account is deactivated. If you want to take a break rather than close permanently, consider using the cool-off or self-exclusion tools available in your account settings — these may be more suitable if you want the option to return later. JJWN allows one account per person. Two people in the same household may have separate accounts, but each account must belong to a different individual with their own CNIC, mobile number and bank/mobile wallet details. Accounts must not share payment methods. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a breach of JJWN's Terms & Conditions and will result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonus-derived winnings.

Click "Forgot password?" on the Login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and you'll receive an OTP reset code via SMS. Enter the code and create a new password. The process takes under a minute. If you are not receiving the OTP, check your network connection and ensure you're entering the exact mobile number you used to register. The minimum deposit on JJWN is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash). For bank transfers, the minimum may be slightly higher due to bank processing requirements. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by JJWN, though your own deposit limit settings (if you've set any from the Responsible Gaming controls) will apply. If your deposit hasn't appeared after a few minutes (for mobile wallets) or a couple of hours (for bank transfers), first check your transaction history in both your payment app and your JJWN account. Yes — JJWN bonuses have expiry periods that vary by offer. The welcome bonus and most reload bonuses expire if not fully wagered within 30 days of being credited. If a bonus expires before you've completed the wagering requirement, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account. Real-money funds deposited by you are not affected.

JJWN's Refer a Friend programme gives you a personalised referral link in your account dashboard. Share your link with friends across Pakistan. When a friend registers using your link, makes their first deposit and places bets, you earn a commission on their activity. Commission rates and exact earnings are shown in your referral dashboard. There is no cap on how many friends you can refer. Your referral earnings are credited as real-money funds directly to your JJWN wallet.

Live in-play betting on JJWN lets you place bets while a match is in progress, with odds updating in real time based on the match situation. Markets available during live play include match winner, next wicket, next over runs, player milestones and more. Odds move quickly during live play, so act fast when you see value. In crash games on JJWN, a multiplier starts at 1x and increases as the game progresses. Your job is to cash out before the multiplier "crashes."
